Waite’s Gamble is a sweet rich, full-bodied port-style wine that is made from our Frontenac grapes, fortified by adding our estate brandy which was distilled from our Marquette wine.  Aged in Hungarian oak for two years, Waite’s Gamble is known for its deep garnet color, intense fruit flavors and long, lingering finish that has a touch of spice, dried fruit and a hint of dark chocolate. Served slightly chilled, Waite’s Gamble pairs well with rich meats, barbecue, blue cheese, and dark chocolate desserts.
