RED WINE COLLECTION
FRONTENAC
This dry wine made from the Frontenac grape produces an extremely full-bodied, fruit-forward wine with moderate tannins, crafted to create a vibrant, complex, and unique taste profile. Aromas of chocolate, cherry and black currant produce a long-lasting finish perfect for savoring on a cold winter night in front of a fire. Pairs well with a hearty pasta sauce, barbecue fare, or spicy curry.

ST. CROIX
Dry, med-bodied red aged with Hungarian oak; fruit forward dark berry and currant notes with underlying hints of pepper and smoke. Delicious paired with grilled barbecued meats, hearty tomato sauces, and dark chocolate

MARQUETTE
Our Marquette is a rich full-bodied fruit forward dry red wine with moderate tannins. With a pronounced nose and a pleasant palate of red and black cherries and black currant, it is an excellent choice for pairing with meat dishes such as short ribs, grilled steak and roast leg of lamb.

PETITE MARQUETTE
Medium bodied off dry red made from free-run Marquette to produce a light, smooth, low acid wine bursting with dark cherry and blueberry flavors and characteristics similar to Pinot Noir. Pairs well with pizza, sharp cheeses, and roast chicken dishes

DIONNE
A proprietary blend of Franco-American grapes, the black berry nose and palate of this medium bodied deep red wine is highly fruit forward, giving way to peach and apricot flavors at the finish. The grapes’ vibrant acidity makes pairing this wine supremely versatile, particularly with light meat dishes and tomato-based recipes.

CUVÉE ROUGE
A medium bodied, off dry field blend of Frontenac, Marquette, and Petite Pearl varietals, our Cuvée Rouge is a delicious union of the best traits of these three bold reds. Hints of smoke and spice combine with the flavors of black cherry and blueberry, producing a well-balanced wine with soft tannins and a full smooth finish.

LA PORTE
This sweet wine is made from a blend of our Franco-American grapes and Native American grapes sourced from the Finger Lakes. The union of the two produces a light-bodied, deep red wine that has an aroma of Concord grapes, but on the palate reveals itself to be a complex and mildly acidic wine with a smooth finish. Delicious alone or chilled as the base for a spritzer.
