Cost: $20/team for a personal treasure box for your share of the treasure, a compass to help
you navigate, and a snack to sustain you on the hunt!
Step back in time and help uncover the stolen bullion hidden by General Burgoyne’s troops as they retreated toward Saratoga after their defeat at the Battle of Bennington in August 1777. Children ages 7–12 and their parents or adult companions are invited to team up for a fun and adventurous treasure hunt. Each team will begin with a clue leading to a piece of a secret treasure map. Once all the pieces are found and the map is complete, the search for the hidden treasure begins!
Kids can use their newfound booty to "buy" a special stamped coin from the quartermaster, while parents can enjoy a well-earned discount on a glass of wine with their share of the treasure.
